Shipping policy

Canada orders

We offer a TRACKED EXPEDITED free shipping on orders over 300$.
On orders under 300$ shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Canada Post quotes up to 3-7 business days delivery once items have been shipped.

USA & International orders

We offer a TRACKED delivery from our Canadian warehouse to USA.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Canada Post quotes up to 7-21 business days delivery once items have been shipped.

All orders contain a TRACKING NUMBER from Canada Post. To track and monitor your package please use this number from the Canada Post website.
We ship packages Monday to Saturday from our Canadian warehouse, excluding holidays.

Please, note that International orders might be subject to customs and duty fees. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for customs and duty fees that might be charged to your order.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost and undeliverable packages. It is the customers' responsibility to provide the correct address and to contact Canada Post/USPS/etc if their package was lost, damaged, or undeliverable.

It is the customer's responsibility to timely pay customs and duty fees to receive their order on time.

If the customer refuses to pay customs fees, their order will be returned to us and a refund to the customer will be processed in the original amount minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee to the original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking order once your ship, make sure to add our email address to your contacts.

The fine print 

We do not offer REFUNDS on orders with long delays or items being stuck at customs.
